Defeat Seek Bar on Vimeo Embed

I have some very long instructional videos streaming into a module using the Insert/Video/From Website and the embed code from Vimeo.

This is working fine except the user can click right to the end of the video and move on.

I've used this in the past on websites to prevent this:

Any way to utilize something like this within Storyline?

I can't just hide the video playbar because it's helpful to see the progress and there's no good way to get the Storyline playbar to match a 1 hour 15 min video.
