I'm New to Text Entry Fields

Hello!

I have 4 slides where users need to enter text to develop a personal plan.  Each slide has 5 text entry fields.  There is no limit to the number of words the participant can write. What I need to do is:

1. Ensure that the text they entered into the text entry fields is saved when they leave / return (it is expected that they will leave/return frequently over the course of a few months) - (I believe this is by selecting "Resume saved state" when revisiting on the Slide Properties, but want to make sure since this is vital.)

2. Capture the text inputted in all 20 fields into an LMS (in an organized way) - (I think this has something to do with adding a "submit" button within the Slide Properties, but I'm not sure...and since it is not a Quiz, I am not sure where it would be submitted to.)

3. Offer the ability for the user to print and/or send their plan to him/herself or the manager (I have no guesses on this one.)

I've looked on the discussion boards and tutorials, but I cannot seem to find these answers.  Can someone point me in the right direction to find this information?
