Issues after latest Storyline update

Storyline 360 kept prompting me to install the latest update, and unfortunately I obliged. Since doing so, I no longer have the ability to preview or sync audio. If I try to preview or use the play button on the timeline, the application shuts down. It is unusable and I have a deadline.  Nothing else on my computer has changed, only Storyline is affected, and this issue started immediately after the update. 

How can I revert back to the previous version? I am currently on v3.50.24832.0

I'm sorry to hear the latest update you installed has caused you some issues. We haven't heard about audio problems with build 3.50.24832.0, so my first suggestion would be a quick repair. Here are the instructions, which will also allow you to update to the most recent version.
