I am responsible for translating our course content into multiple other languages. We have been previously inserting the text into a PowerPoint and sending that off to our translating service. I would really like to use an XLIFF file or the Word document export/import solution, to avoid a lot of copy and paste work. However, sending those files off, as they are results in a high word count, and titles that are latent in the Articulate file, but listed as text that needs to be translated.
Is there a program I can use to hide or lock this type of text before sending it off to the translating service?
