looking for HTML5 programmer to troubleshoot Storyline content

We are just now beginning to develop content in Storyline.  We have developed a few pieces of content that display a video clip then present a question to the user.  After the user clicks the button of their choice the appropriate video then loads.  We are experiencing numerous browser issues.  The flash version of the story plays fine in most browsers, but the HTML5 story has issues of all kinds in just about every browser... locking up, audio not playing, video clips being cut off, etc.

We are looking for an HTML5 programmer that knows HTML5 code and can help us troubleshoot what may be the problem.

If could very well be the case that there is no solution and cross-browser reliable HTML5 code is just a pipe dream. But we are willing to try.  Any takers?
