Multiple Fill-in-the-Blank Quiz

Hello Fatma - This is not a built-in feature of the software. Perhaps the ideas shared in this thread will assist you in creating something that will work for you.

In addition, my colleague Alyssa just reminded me of this gem here.

I just knew when I came across an activity with multiple fill-in-the-blank fields to complete on a side we had a problem. This should be a staple functionality in the software by now, right? A look back on the forum would certainly indicate the need. The ideas proposed 7 years ago in the linked thread aren't a viable work around for several reasons. I respecfully ask, how could a seemingly "must have" feature gone under the radar for 8 years now?

That being said, I'm not seeing many feature requests for this functionality, so it's not bubbled up to the top of any radar.
