Need Feed back in my LMS from user

I want to take feedback and store the feedback after my post test. I am unable to do this. Request any one to help on the same. Thanks in advance

  • Hi, Chandan.

    Thank you for reaching out!

If I understand correctly, you want to have a survey question (feedback) after your quiz. If that's the case, you want to make sure you also have a final results slide that combines the quiz and the survey. That's the one that will be tracked and reported to the LMS.

Take a look at the discussion below for an example:

    I hope this helps!

  • Thanks for the help. I want to report my survey as well marks in the LMS. Its not taking the marks from the result slide to the LMS and the Survey result too. Hope I am able to make you understand. I want the Marks of my question and Question answer in the survey to be stored.

  • Hi, Chandan.

Since working with an LMS can be very specific, I won't be able to tell you how to see the report in the one you use. However, if you post the name of the LMS, we might have other community members familiar with it who might be able to point you in the right direction.

If you look at the example in the discussion link I shared above, you can see there are three Results slides:

    1. Quiz Results
    2. Survey Results
    3. Combined:

The combined one is the one used for reporting when publishing to LMS.

    I hope this helps!

  • Thanks Maria.. I am using Storyline 360 as my development tool.  I want my combined one in which he will complete his post employment quiz and then a survey. Both the things should be reported to LMS so that when we take out the reports it should show

    1. Marks obtained with Pass/fail

    2. Survey rating/comment given by user

  • Hi, Chandan.

If you use the combined results for tracking, as described above, the data from the quiz (points) and the survey (comment) will be sent to your LMS. You can download Sam's sample .story file from the discussion linked here, which can work as a template for your project.

Keep in mind that it's up to each LMS to report the data received.
