Storyline & Wordpress

How easily can Storyline content (videos) integrate with Wordpress (and an LMS plugin like LearnDash)?

For example, should I use a hook (action/event?) from within a Storyline video to call a local Javascript function that can then store data into the Wordpress database?

Or is there an easier way to do this?
