Text animation workaround

I'd be grateful for any suggestions on a way to replicate the text animation for the resource title seen here, but in Storyline. (I'm referring to the second slide, where the title moves up to the top left of the screen.)

I'm reluctant to resort to importing a video or swf because the whole point of converting to Storyline was for ease of replication into other languages for project partners. So where we've had source text created in other files and exported as images into the course, we've tried to rewrite these back in as text so that all localisation can be done within the one template file. So going back to the need to localise another source file to create this effect wouldn't be ideal. If avoidable!

There may be an easy solution I haven't spotted, but thoughts welcome!
