First of all I use a web server database. Now, using a SCORM technology for the WBT, the page that invokes the WBT, load a javascript file that performs an override (using prototype) of the functions that should interact with the LMS database in order to "deviate" the information on my server by an ajax call to a specific service.

In this way, I use the javascript code that captures the events of wbt but record  the data on my web server.

It is possible a similar approach with a WBT created by Articulate Storyline?
