xAPI statements on Veracity Learning does not generate from Articulate Storyline

Hi all,

I am very new to xAPI and am facing an issue when trying generate xAPI statements from a course published on Articulate Storyline. I have made sure that the user name and key are accurate. And the endpoint is the right one. When trying to link my course to the LRS (Veracity Learning), it also confirms that connected to LRS. 

So, I am not sure what I am missing here.
