Asia based Instructional designer/Articulate developer needed

I'm looking someone to help me with some upcoming work.

I'm looking for an instructional designer who is also skilled in Articulate Studio. You must have excellent English skills, be based in Asia Eg Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia etc, and have your own copies of powerpoint 2010 and articulate studio pro 09.

Please PM me with your hourly rate and a link to samples of work for which you have done the instructional design and the articulate development. This is probably going to turn into more than one project so I will be looking for a long term partner.

Please also note, I will be testing applicants to find the best person, with the best rates, so don't exaggerate your abilities as you will be discovered and excluded from consideration. I will be testing your ability to write content from source materials and then creatively convert it into interactive articulate content.
