Feedback please

Hello Community,

Inspired by Mobile Learning on the iPhone - Getting Started by Paul Clothier : Learning Solutions Magazine.  I created a .pdf based mobile app to support out Credential candidates.  This app is designed to support them after they have completed an intermediate level workshop.

Although only a linked .pdf, it works well on an iPad.

I would appreciate any suggestions/advice on how to get it to work on an iPhone or Android device.  The .pdf is viewable, however the links do not work.
