getsynapse Software

Don't know if this is the correct forum but here goes. 

Does anybody have experience with using getsynpase? Specifically for the Project Planning and Content Creation?

I'm the ID for a 5 course curriculum the first eLearning Program my company has ever developed. I'm struggling to educate my colleagues and specifically a major stakeholder (who holds the purse strings) on the process and why I have multiple documents (curriculum outline, course outlines, storyboards, audio scripts etc.), storing of the many assets (images, audio files, videos etc.) among many other challenges. In turn, they are struggling to understand exactly how much work is involved with developing a single course, let alone 5.

I'm wondering if the software would eliminate some of the "project overview" challenges I am having, essentially, provide a better line of sight to all tasks required and the progress of those tasks. I'm also hoping it would provide a mostly central location for the content creation (specifically scripts and draft images) to be reviewed and approved (thus moving away from email, meetings etc.)
