I work in the IT department at ABM, a large building services company. We are starting from scratch to build a training solution for our 5000+ computer users. We are actively seeking a Sr. level Instructional Designer who can help build a new group, select the best tools and can build a library of excellent training for our users.
Any advice on how to find top talent would be very much appreciated.
