How do I add images to custom callouts in PowerPoint?

E-learning heroes:

I believe this is relatively straightforward but that doesn't mean I know how to do it. I'm working in PowerPoint 2010 and would like to add an image fit inside one of the custom thought bubbles that Tom K. posted awhile back. I assume I need to format the thought bubble as some sort of picture placeholder? Thanks in advance. --Daniel
