LMS Use Policy Examples

Hi Articulate Community,

My Healthcare System is looking to create a policy around use of our LMS to dictate that the LMS will be the "source of truth" for tracking and reporting on things like regulatory training, mandatory education, licensures, etc. I've been looking for examples of those types of LMS policies online. I'm finding lots of examples for higher education, but not much for other fields like for-profit, healthcare, etc. Has anyone created an LMS policy like this, or similar, and if so, would you be willing to share any templates/outlines/verbiage, etc.? Thanks!
