I am responsible to produce content for 3 departments. Sales, Service and Marketing. Sometimes I produce something for sales, which would be of interest for service. Sometimes for service which would be of interest for the other two. Has anybody recommendations on how to group the user more logically? Just by their roles? Or any other idea?
