Looking for a full time instructional designer in Chicago

We're looking for a full-time instructional designer to join our team based out of Chicago.

A few tidbits to know about what we're looking for:

• Must be comfortable designing for Articulate Studio '09 and Adobe Captivate. Bonus if you've mastered Storyline too!
• Major focus on eLearning, but some ILT required as well.
• We LOVE what we do and are very passionate about avoiding bad eLearning. 
• We're a small team with a big project list, so if you thrive under pressure and love constant change, you might love us. 
• Some team members work virtually, but this position will be based in Chicago.
• We love to have fun (hallway bowling? hangman in the hallway? play Sims?).
