Looking for ongoing articulate programming

My apologies if this is posted in the wrong place.  Moderators, please feel free to put this post in the correct place if misposted.

We are a 3D animation company that creates high end medical animation and also e-learning modules using Articulate.  We also host these modules on Articulate online and other LMS systems for our clients.  

We often have a need to create modules with extra functionality and customization over and above normal articulate  templates.  To support this, we are looking for an articulate programming expert that we would be looking to create the following:

- a set of customized templates we can use with slides that have specific functionality.  For example, if one of our clients wants us to create a slide at the end of the module that allows them to input their name and an email address - which then subsequently allow them to print a certificate of attendee and also sends an email with this certificate

- expertise with Articulate's outputted formats and uploading modules into Articulate online.  Handling any issues and support needs to get the modules online.  We have Articulate's platinum support.

- ongoing support of module functionality issues if any are encountered in a realtime basis.  For example, there are issues in how a module is playing for a client and we need to quickly troubleshoot and get back to our client - we want to have an ongoing consulting agreement to quickly respond and resolve such an issue

An added bonus would be if you were located in INDIA.  This is not necessary but would be advantageous as we would potentially be looking for this as a full time position in INDIA (gurgaon).
