There was a guru award example and I think the topic was managing performance where the supervisor in the main panel consulted colleagues or experts who appeared in the presenter panel. I thought that was a great technique, created a test for myself, but now that I'm ready to create it for real, I can't find the instructions or the post. Does anyone remember? can anyone provide the link to that post? Thanks.
