SCORM LMS wrong corrections

Hi there, I'm newbie here and sorry for my bad English...

I am using Moodle and create quizzes with quizmaker, for questions and multiple choice I made randomly, but when my students use for practice, their grades should pass but the results are not. after I did the track detail, I found some problems which is considered one correct answer and a wrong answer is considered correct. The following example :
