Searching for a LMS

Looking for an LMS that fits well with my companies needs. We will be selling courses for CE.

Here is what the LMS should do:

work well with SCORM and articulate 

Selling Courses 

produce certificates

tracking of students progress on the individual level and course level

offer feedback portals

surveys

easy to use

etc...

Anyone have any suggestions?
