Seeking authoring tools trainer

Artisan E-Learning is looking to hire a trainer to teach in-person and virtual classes on e-learning authoring tools.  The ideal candidate will be an expert user of Articulate Storyline and at least one other of the following: Captivate, Lectora, Studio.

The position will involve training about 30 to 60% of the time, some of which will involve travel.  When there aren’t classes to teach or prepare for, this person will help out with client development projects using any of the same tools.  This is a full-time employee position.

We have built a strong reputation in the industry for developing engaging content and providing great training and resources.  Therefore, the person in this position needs to be a FANTASTIC trainer, capable of effectively representing Artisan E-Learning and E-Learning Uncovered.

What are we looking for in a candidate?  The person can live anywhere in the country, although proximity to a major airport will be a factor.  We are more interested in what you can do today (in terms of teaching ability and skill with the tools) then how you got there.  We can judge this two ways: by seeing samples of your work and by seeing a recording of you presenting.  To apply, please submit your resume, a short video of you presenting (we care about the quality of the presenting, not the quality of the video—shoot it on your iphone if you have to), and a few samples of your work, if you are able to share them.   Send them to Diane Elkins dpelkins@artisanelearning.com by October 15^th.
