Training Specialist/Learning Consultant Position in Phoenix

Good evening, fellow learning professionals!

I serve as the Training Supervisor at Desert Schools Federal Credit Union. We're looking for an experienced training professional with strong knowledge of adult learning principals to fill an open Training Specialist/Learning Consultant position. This person would be responsible for assessment of continuous learning needs of our retail network, collaboration in the design process of the solutions they recommend, and facilitation (when applicable) of the finished learning product.
