2004 error message.
In my area of the corporation I work at we use Storyline 360 but in another department they use Storyline 3. I have never had any error messages when I received courses but yesterday the manager of the other department told me they were occasionally getting an error message. I had the vendor send me the file that was sent to the other department and for the first time I got the same error, which I have attached.
I read another thread (https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/storyline-v3-74-30180-0-course-packaging-infected-with-malware) and there was mention of a problem with Teams, I do use Teams but the course was not being sent via Teams, the vendor sent to the other department via an external server and for me they sent the file using a OneDrive folder. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

the vendor should check the zip on Virus Total
what is the result?

Over the years I have had this message pop up. I was told by Articulate that is an issue with storing the files on the cloud in most cases. Check where they are being stored.
