Accessibility: Publish an Accessible Course Transcript (Any Tips or Tricks?)
Does anyone out there have tips or tricks for publishing a course transcript that's accessible?
We occasionally get requests for one of our courses in an alternate format when a learner is struggling with navigating the course. Unfortunately, the published Word docs that Storyline outputs are not accessible and embed the course text in images.
We've had to pay freelancers to go through our courses screen-by-screen to copy/paste all the text into an accessible Word document and it's time-consuming and expensive.
I'm playing around with having ChatGPT extract the text from the published Word docs via OCR, but that's taking a lot of time with mixed results. I was also wondering if I could use the XLIFF file for translation to create an accessible Word doc but haven't made it too far down that road yet.
Just feels like something that should be easier to do, so I thought I'd ask this group. I need an E-Learning Hero!

I was wondering why the "Translation Export to Word" option didn’t work for you? I have a script that converts an exported XLIFF file directly in the browser and downloads it as a Word document — but it essentially provides the same output you'd get from the built-in "Translation Export to Word" feature.

That's a step in the right direction, Nedim. Thanks for the suggestion.
