Addressing Progress issue in Rise with storyline files
I'm currently grappling with a challenge in a SCORM course published from Rise to Talent LMS, utilizing two Storyline blocks for scoring. The first block is non-assessed, while the second sends scores to backend reports.
Problem: When the first Storyline block loads, the "complete above content before moving on" block changes to "continue" even before completion, allowing users to skip the practice.
While the "complete the content before moving on" block after the second Storyline remains stuck at "complete the content before moving on" even after completion, which hindering progress.
Proposed Solution: Enable communication between 'continue' block and Storyline files, ensuring 'continue/complete before moving on' recognizes if the Storyline practice is completed.
Your insights on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The continue block does communicate with the continue block, you use the complete trigger in storyline to unlock the continue button

Does that mean, the code in storyline needs to be updated? (I don't know that coding part, my partner does that part) thanks!

it is a simple trigger inside storyline they need to set a trigger to mark the course complete when all of the requirements are met
