Hello @BernadetteWh519! You're correct. As of now, seatholders are the only ones who can view content uploaded to Team Folders. Since Storyline 360 is a desktop-based application, courses are saved locally, so it isn't possible to view courses unless the user uploads them to a shared drive. If your team is primarily using Rise 360 and there are seats available on your subscription, you might consider making yourself a seatholder so you can be added to a Team Folder to view courses that are being worked on by other teammates. The role of an Admin is to modify the subscription, but it doesn't provide access to using the tools or viewing content that the team creates.
