After completing the Rise course, the scroll bar does not work seamlessly on revisit

Hello All,

Facing scrolling issue with the Rise module on Moodle or any other  LMS.

When a learner exits the course in the middle of a module (without completing the module), the scrolling works as expected. However, if the learner exits the course at the end (when the course is marked as completed) and relaunches it without resetting, the scrolling does not work smoothly. It gets stuck after each block.

"Our technical team observed one thing: the scroll event is bound multiple times to the HTML element "page-wrap" (this is the class and ID ).
hence the mentioned issue occurred. When we removed additional events in debug mode, it worked as expected."  (Find attached screenshot for more information).

    Hello All,

Facing scrolling issue with the Rise module on Moodle or any other  LMS

How do you know this problem exists for "any other LMS"?

We're uncertain about the specific issue on other LMS platforms, but my client is experiencing scroll lagging with eAcademy LMS. Interestingly, upon uploading the SCORM package to the SCORM Cloud, the course operates smoothly without any scroll lag upon revisiting after completion. However, when we attempted the same upload to Moodle, it did not function seamlessly.

Hi Articulate team and others, anyone experiencing the above-said issue, kindly respond if anyone has a solution for this.

    Thanks.

If you have the option in your LMS, use 'open in new window' rather than 'open in iframe' as the iframe can cause this double scrolling issue.
