AI Features Not Showing UP
Hey Community,
I'm in the process of trying to update some yearly content and when I went to utilize the new AI features in Storyline, they were not showing up. I confirmed that I had an active, yet none of the features were available. I thought it might just be that I was trying to update an older piece of content (from before I had the AI License) but I opened up a more recent piece of content and the features were still not showing up. Is anyone else running into this problem? I'm trying to figure out if perhaps they just got disabled or if there is something else wrong here.

In the end I had to uninstall and reinstall Articulate Storyline for the AI tools to come back.

I ran into this issue. To fix it, I logged out closed the program and restarted. When I logged back in, the AI features were available. Hope this helps!

Sorry to hear you're also having trouble accessing the AI Assistant tools!
This issue may be related to an expired session token, which prevents the Articulate 360 app from accessing Articulate services. As a troubleshooting step, please try signing out, then signing back into the desktop app:
- Open the Articulate 360 desktop app.
- Click the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner of the desktop app and choose Sign Out.
- Sign in again. If you see the desktop apps listed, open Storyline 360 and try using the AI Assistant.

We were also facing the issue of AI features not accesible .
We tried all these steps but its not working for one of the account .
1. Sign out and Sign in to Articulate
2. Updating Storyline
3. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software
4. Restarting the system
Could you kindly help us ?

I just reached out to support for this but noticed it only today. Seemed to be there earlier this week, before the New Year. I have months of work tied up in AI use and now can't even edit it.

I am also having this issue where the AI is not appearing as available. This is a paid version, not trial so it should show up. In fact, when I open the Articulate Menu on my desktop, Articulate Storyline does not appear as an option. Has there been an update for Storyline that wasn't announced, perhaps?

what version of storyline are you using, have you tried updating?
