AI Text-to-speech no voices today
None of my courses are allowing me to edit or add text-to-speech. I was just working on them yesterday and now nothing. My text is gone. No voices come up in the box. What's going on? -- Screenshots are from an existing text-to-speech instance that was just there yesterday. I've checked several other courses and same issue.
Hi Everyone,
We've identified the issue that caused delays when accessing AI Audio features in Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
We're starting to see recovery across AI Audio in Storyline 360 and Rise 360, as well as other AI Assistant features. Some Creators may still experience delays while recovery continues. We're monitoring progress closely and will share another update as soon as we have more information.
The Articulate status page is a great way to see the current status of all Articulate services. If you'd like to stay updated, please click the SUBSCRIBE button in the upper right corner of the status page, so you can receive notifications of any changes.
Again, we apologize for the disruption and thank you for your patience!

I submitted a Case for the voiceover missing. The response I got was
"We’re investigating slow loading times when AI Assistant fetches text-to-speech voices in Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
Creators may notice delays when opening the AI Audio dialog in Storyline 360 or selecting 'View all voices' in Rise 360. Shared voices still load as expected. In Storyline, when opening the dialog to view/edit an existing script, it will appear empty until the voices load.
As a workaround, please wait for the voice list to finish loading. We’re sorry for the trouble."My case was about no voices appearing. This is an answer to yesterday's issue. So should we expect an answer to today's new issue to be answered tomorrow?
Hi Everyone,
We are currently investigating an incident affecting AI Assistant in Storyline and Rise.
Creators may experience delays when accessing AI Audio features in Storyline 360 and Rise 360. In Storyline 360, the AI Audio dialog may take longer than expected to load. When viewing or editing an existing script, the script may appear empty until the voice list finishes loading. Some Creators may also experience delays or errors when adding voices from the voice library.
In Rise 360, selecting View all voices may load slowly. Shared voices continue to load as expected. As a workaround, please wait for the voice list to finish loading before selecting or adding a voice.
I see that some of you have already connected with our team privately, through support cases. We will share another update as soon as we have more information.

Thank you for your response Steven, I see the voices are back. As you can see these updates are greatly impacting people. It isn't just one offs either, they are regularly happening. Can they not test these changes before rolling them out to users? We don't even have an option not to apply updates, they are happening right away. Many of us have deadlines that these changes are impacting.
You're welcome, LisaRoberts-691. Thank you for following up!
The feedback shared here is directly relayed to our development team, so they understand the impact these issues have on our end users.
I'm so sorry if this has been slowing you down.

Yeah. The satus page said it was online all morning... I was checking contstantly. I drove home becuase I assumed it was an internal firewall issue. Got home, and it's been working fine. --- So, just a coincidence that when I got home it works? Not an internal firewall/proxy issue? Trying to help our IT out if it's nothing from our side then they don't need to work on it.

I'm going to add a bit more about this. The Status page: It does us no good if it just shows us what happened after the fact. --- The If we can't rely on the status page to be accurate or updated when the event is happening then it's worthless. If that page would've showed there was an issue on your side then I wouldn't have submitted an IT ticket at my company this morning and I wouldn't have wasted their time, or my time for that matter. --- Actually, the status page not being reliable is worse than not having it at all. It basically said that the issue was not Articulate, which prompted me to submit the internal ticket to our IT. That's worse than worthless, that's making things worse.
