AI Tools Missing from Storyline and download failed message
Our team lost the ability in Storyline to use AI tools. We previously had it and we still have and are able to use the AI tools in Rise. We also have a download available for Storyline and each time we attempt it, we receive a failed download error. Does anyone know if this is a known issue? It started yesterday for us and is still ongoing as of this morning.

Hi JennyNorman! I'm really glad you also reached out through a support case. I see my teammate Lejan followed up with some next steps. He mentioned checking in with your IT team, but if you're still not seeing the AI tools, just reply to his message. He’ll be happy to keep troubleshooting with you!
