AI Voice - Added Voices showing zero as the limit of my voices; cannot use new voices

I'm experiencing an issue where the voice counter now displays 0, as in, I have added 7/0 voices. I cannot add new voices because I receive an alert stating that I've reached the limit of voices (apparently zero?!).

I have:

  • restarted Articulate,
  • resaved the storyline file,
  • attempted to use added voices in different Articulate files
  • logged out of and back into Articulate, and
  • restarted my computer.

ALL to no avail. No matter which voice I try to "use," I get the message that I "reached my limit of voices." 

I tried removing one from the list, and the count decreased from 7/0 to 6/0 Added Voices. I was not able to re-add the voice that I removed from the list. I do not want to lose access to the voices that I have because I am currently using them, and I worry I will not be able to get them back.

HELP!

    Hello MeganWilson​, 

    Thanks for reaching out! I tested this on my end, and I can confirm that you should be able to add 10 voices to your Added Voices in Storyline 360.

    • Are you working and saving your project locally? We recommend working from your local hard drive to avoid erratic behavior.
    • Do you notice any change when attempting to add voices if you import your slides into a new .story file while using our latest update of Storyline 360 (Update 102)?

     

    If you're still having trouble adding voices within your project files, I suggest a repair of Storyline. A repair can fix some erratic behavior across project files.
