    Thanks for reaching out! We understand the importance of legacy voices, and we’re working closely with ElevenLabs to find a clear path forward.

    In the meantime, we've secured an extension on the legacy voices through April 2026—a longer timeline than that of ElevenLabs’ direct customers. That means you’ll still have access to legacy voices until then.

    Additionally, our team is developing new tools and processes to make converting existing audio clips to supported voices quick and easy. Details are still being finalized, and we'll share more information soon.

Hello LucianaPiazza

We appreciate Storyline looking into this for many of us. I'm in the same situation with Michael. It looks like he will not go way but will not be updated. Please remind ElevenLabs’ that one of the big advantages of AI voices was they don't move away, change jobs, and the cost to update a presentation is a little time. When voices are removed or not updated these advantages are reduced or even eliminated. When you have to do a single or multi-slide update and the voice no longer available it now becomes a lengthy presentation update, this relates to time and money.
