Annoying behavior when scrolling timeline
Hi William,
Thanks so much for reaching out. Sorry to hear you've run into this. We appreciate you sending along a video of what you're experiencing. I understand your frustration.
I have a few quick questions for you:
- Have you experienced this behavior in the timeline with other Storyline project files? Does it differ at all from course to course?
- Does this behavior happen if you only use one monitor? Please share if you are noticing any difference.
I tried replicating this behavior on my end and was unable to experience what you described. I'd like to take a closer look at your .story file. Please share your file in this thread or privately in a support case so we can take a closer look. We'll be sure to delete the file after!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi there,
...strange, the behavior does not appear today. When I develop courses, many times I have like 3 or 4 programs open at the same time, (2 open Word documents, as well as Camtasia, Snagit and Snagit Editor). I often leave my computer on for days, because the documents or projects are in various stages of edits. Maybe that's why the problem appeared before. I saved everything and restarted my computer yesterday. However, like I said, today it's not happening.
