Articulate 360 - Cannot Login - "No Subscription"
Hello everyone!
I have a user who just upgraded to Windows 11 and now on his new machine he gets this error message No Subscription - Which he does have. Their tech support remoted in and said it's a permissions issue? The weird thing, it works on the old pc still which is great but when installed on two different Windows 11 machines we get the same message "No Subscriptions." there are no active login sessions. Any help is greatly appreciated!

This is a great reason to contact Articulate and open a support case.
It does sound like the installation is failing because of a user licensing issue, but that's simply an observation.

Did this ever get solved? My teammate is having a similar issue from their VM on their mac. Not sure how to support them but if they need to file a ticket we can do it.

Thanks for reaching out!
We’ve resolved an issue that was preventing Creators from signing in to the Articulate 360 desktop app. Everything should now be functioning normally, though we’re continuing to monitor performance to ensure stability. Can you please have your teammate attempt to login again?
If they're still experiencing an issue, please have them submit a support case so we can troubleshoot further!
