Articulate 360 Audio issue
Hello SimonBlackmore,
Happy to help!
I tested this behavior in a new Rise 360 course and couldn't replicate the behavior you were experiencing. I tested this in Rise 360's edit mode and after publishing a course with an audio block to Review 360. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- Does this happen to all of your audio files?
- You mentioned hosting your course in an LMS, which could mean the behavior is LMS-specific. Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to confirm if this is the case?
- Can you replicate the same behavior if you publish your course to Review 360?
If you can replicate the behavior on other platforms, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing. Let us know how it goes!

Hi Jose
I've tested the files in Review 360 and it works fine. I've also uploaded a couple of modules to SCORM Cloud, and they too worked perfectly.
I'm creating the content, and it's being hosted on a third party's LMS. Is there anything I should ask them to check?
Best wishes
Simon

Hi SimonBlackmore,
You can enable the LMS debug logs for your Rise 360 course before uploading it to the third-party LMS. This way, you'll get a comprehensive log file containing technical information at the moment the issue occurs which you can then share with the support team of your LMS. They'll be in a good position to understand what's causing the issue in their environment if you provide them with this log file.
