Articulate 360 playing audio from a different slide
I'm having a problem with a project I have previously published and am now making upgrades to the content as well as translating it into French and adding closed captioning. I have completed these tasks.
However, when I publish the revised version the slides are not playing the audio attached to the slide. They are capturing the audio from different slides. I have reviewed previous discussion about this problem but have not been able to resolve the issue.
I would probably open a ticket with Articulate to see if they have some advanced troubleshooting that they can apply here. The only other reasonable suggestion that I see is to ensure that you have cleared your browser cookies (presuming that you are publishing to html as a way to check performance) or that you are selecting the correct version to review (in Review 360).
