Articulate 360 (Storyline) result slide at the end not reporting first attempt correctly to Brightspace gradebook

Synopsis of the issue:

Articulate 360 (Storyline)= videos with embedded quiz questions

Results Slide at the end communicates grade to gradebook

SCORM is set to log the grade of "First Attempt"

However, if a student loses connection or leaves the video and resumes- the grade is reported at the point of losing connection or leaving the video rather than when first attempt completed.

So it appears as though D2L doesn't treat the first attempt as the first completed attempt.
