Articulate plug-in for Powerpoint

Using the Articulate plug-in for Powerpoint works fine for converting small documents into an e-learning easily.

However, I have an issue with the Quizmaker quiz. Making a quiz is works fine. Even in the preview the quiz looks and works like it should. Candidates have to get an 80% score to pass the quiz.

The problem occurs when I upload the quiz to the LMS. Even without answering a single question in the quiz, candidates pass the test and the training.

Any help and tips are welcome.

  • Hello Robert,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.

I'd like to offer two troubleshooting steps for you to try:

    1. Test your course in SCORM Cloud. This will help determine if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to your LMS. If it is only happening in your LMS, please reach out to your LMS support team so they can take a look at the issue.
    2. Import your Quizmaker 360 quiz into Storyline 360 and publish to LMS from there. Make sure to select the correct tracking option so that your course reports completion based on the quiz score.

If the issue persists, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
