Articulate Rise Won't Load
Is anybody else experiencing this problem? My Rise course won't load and gets caught in on the "course loading" screen. My colleague is having a similar issue.
Anyone else?

Hi,
I am having this issue. I am using chrome and Microsoft browser. Both keep loading but I cannot see the content. Can anyone help me?- LeaSAgatoStaff
Hi, Melor! We’re having some technical problems in Rise 360, and it is currently unavailable. We’re sorry for the trouble! We have a status for Rise 360 here, and you can subscribe to get email notifications on updates, so you’ll always know the latest. We'll share an update here too once we're in the clear.

my Rise 360 courses are stuck at "your content is loading". I know that there was maintenance yesterday, but I the status page shows no current issues?

We're looking into what went wrong. Please use a private browsing session (like Chrome incognito mode) to log in and work in Rise 360 for now, and we'll update you with more details as soon as we can!
Hi again, Megan. We've identified the maintenance issue that some folks are experiencing as a problem related to caching. Please check that you've cleared your cached images and files as in this screenshot:

I have a similar issue. Our organisation works on VPN - when I go to access my Rise 360 courses I get the "your content is loading" but nothing happens. It only downloads when I disconnect from VPN. Do you know why that is? Preferably, we would like to stay on VPN.

Hi Rj,
If Rise works when you're disconnected from your VPN, please make sure these endpoints are accessible in your VPN. You may need to work with your IT admin on this. I hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.

Hi. A colleague that left our organization transferred all her courses to me. Problem is, they don't open. Anyone has solution for this? TIA.

I found when I was having this issue that I had to come off VPN. Maybe that’s what could resolve your issue?

We've had similar issues. Some Rise packages would load, others wouldn't. How we solved it was the following:
- Open the course.
- Go to the "Reports" setting.
- Select the users having issues.
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Selected Attempts".
