Articulate Storyline freezing in Firefox
Hi - for some reason we have issues sometimes with Storylines freezing in the Firefox web browser. We cannot seem to figure out what the issue may be. We publish for web, put files on our FTP, and lastly embed/link to story. html, in Moodle content panels.
Does anyone know what the issue may be? Same file viewed same way in Chrome works fine.

Sorry to hear you've run into this snag!
Since the Storyline course performs as expected with Chrome, I suggest connecting with Moodle support to see if there are any known issues on their end. Also, we have other Moodle users here in the E-Learning Heroes community. I'll open the floor to them to share additional insight and suggestions!
there was a (fixed) bug in storyline, which prevents Firefox >= 103 to start courses (-> endless three dot animation)
Thanks for prompt response. I realized that the file had been created in a much earlier version of SL so I updated and worked.
