You will need to make it public by publishing the spreadsheet. Did you use the steps on the following page, especially step 10 and 11:

Hi again,
I did publish the "app" some days ago for the export part of the project and it works just fine, so maybe there's a misunderstanding between the sheet id (currently on my project) and the web app link ?
The code in my project (well... a draft... looks like this. Maybe missing the links in the line 8 ? (source project works just fine without it...)
As for the spreadsheet, it's shared with anyone with the link, but if I publish it as a website, the link is not at all what it's supposed to look like.
