Assessment remains locked
Hi Adrian,
Thanks for reaching out!
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the lock icon not changing into a check icon after having visited that slide. I'm happy to help you troubleshoot! To get started, I have a few questions to help me better understand the issue.
- Is this happening with one specific file? Have you tried importing the slides into a new Storyline file?
- You can restrict or lock navigation by following these steps. Can you please confirm the current navigation restriction setting?
If you're comfortable sharing your .story file with us here, or privately through a support case, we'll be happy to investigate this further. We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.

Hello Kelly
Thank you for your response. Below are the answers to your questions.
I have also attached the Storyline file for you to have a look at.
* Is this happening with one specific file? Have you tried importing the slides into a new Storyline file?
I have tried that and the assessment remains locked.* You can restrict or lock navigation by following these steps. Can you please confirm the current navigation restriction setting?
The current navigation is "restricted". But once I've finished viewing a slide, a tick appears, with the exception of the assessment slide, which stays locked.
I look forward to your response.
