Audio clips in slides reset to beginning when slide paused

Hello,
We found it was an issue within our LMS (SuccessFactors). Our LMS administrator had worked directly with our LMS provider on the issue. To my knowledge, the exact problem wasn't identified but currently the audio play/pause functionality is normal again.
