The audio plays just fine in preview mode, but when published to Articulate 360 online or Scrom, the audio does not play. It play only when I click to replay button on player. I have updated 360, but still experience the same problem.

The behavior you're running into is a limitation of most modern browsers, which prevents audio from automatically playing unless a viewer interacts with the slide. As a workaround, you can introduce a button on the very first slide of your course that requires learners to interact with the content to allow the audio on the second slide to play automatically.
