Audio not playing when we closed chrome and reopens the same link again.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

• Are you able to replicate the behavior when using a different web browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge?
• Is the issue happening to all of your courses, or just select ones?
• Does interacting with the course after re-opening it allow the audio to be heard?
• Does clearing your browser's cache for the last 24 hours help?

Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
