Video Progress saved when closing/reopening SL 360 course in LMS
Hello. This is for SL 360 published to LMS. I have a slide that just plays an mp4 video, but it is rather long. If a learner watches part of it, closes the course and reopens later, will they have to start watching the video from the start, or will their progress made through the video from their last session be saved, and they can start watching from where they left off?

Data is saved at the end of the slide, I believe after the command to advance to the next slide. If you want to save progress through the video, you could break the video across several slides. Having the video start when the slide starts, and advance the slide when the video ends would give you a pretty nearly seamless experience, especially if you break at natural breaks.

Thanks Walt.

You can now force a resume data save by showing a layer, I am not sure if video progress is saved though.
