Audio stopping when touching scrolling box (on layers)

I use multiple layers (linked to a slider) each with a scrolling panel and audio voiceover. (I cannot use further layers as it would complicate the matter considerably, if at all feasible).

Is there any way to make the audio not stopping when touching the scrolling, but staying on the same layer? 

This is weird as it seems to happen only when the scrolling-box/audio is on a layer. In another part of the module I am using it on the base slide and this does not happen (that is, if I use the scroller in the box, the audio continues).

Any clue?
